Our Engineers have determined there is an issue with the power management and battery back-up in the cabinets that serve customers in the Upottery and Churchinford areas . All services are currently operational, but we will need to investigate further to prevent potential lengthy disruption in the future. Unfortunately, this investigative work will result in an outage that may affect service. Affected customers have been advised via e-mail.
